Access TLC is actively hiring experienced caregivers throughout Ventura County.
Access TLC is an established healthcare organization providing home health, hospice, caregiving, and community-based services. Through our growing client base and multiple contracted programs, we are able to offer caregivers consistent work opportunities and a variety of available schedules.

Caregiver / Home Care Aide Responsibilities
Depending on the client or program, Caregiver / Home Care Aides may assist with:
Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Activities of daily living
Mobility and transfer assistance
Companionship and supervision
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Following individualized care plans
Providing dependable and compassionate support to clients
Qualifications
Previous professional caregiving experience required
Reliable, dependable, and compassionate
Comfortable assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Reliable transportation to client assignments
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred, but not required to apply
