Terms of service

These terms are between you and C.Finehall Ltd, trading as HiredNow AI ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12743346 and registered office at 91 Brookscroft Road, London, E17 4JP. By creating an account you agree to them.

What HiredNow AI does

Your agent reads publicly listed jobs on employers' own careers pages and shows you the ones that match the search you set. We do not employ, recruit for or represent any employer. Applying for a role happens on the employer's own site, under their terms.

Job information

Listings come from third-party careers pages and can change or close at any time. We work to keep them current, but we do not guarantee that a role is still open, accurate or suitable, or that you will get an interview or a job. Always check the details on the employer's posting.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give us accurate details.
• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell or bulk-download the service or its data, or try to get around its limits or security.

Free trial and billing

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. We take a card when you start it, and you are not charged during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged £9 a month (UK) or $12 a month (US), including any applicable tax, then monthly until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds: we do not refund a month that has already started, except where the law requires it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

UK consumers have a legal right to cancel an online service within 14 days of signing up. By starting the trial you ask us to provide the service straight away. You can cancel at any time during the 7-day trial and you will not be charged. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up but after the trial has ended and your first payment has been taken, tell us and we will refund that payment, less a reasonable amount for the days of service you have already had.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for decisions you make based on a listing, including what happens in any application or job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where we can. If we stop running HiredNow AI, we will give you reasonable notice and stop charging you.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of the law where you live. Questions: charlie@hirednowai.com or our contact form.
