What You'll Do
Run residential service calls: no heat, no cool, maintenance, IAQ, and more
Diagnose issues accurately and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
Present repair and replacement options based on each customer's needs
Complete repairs and deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
Keep a clean, organized truck and work area
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed, especially during peak summer and winter seasons
Requirements
What We're Looking For
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Clear, professional communication with customers
EPA 608 Certification, Type II or Universal (required)
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
