Your day-to-day duties will include sharing a cup of tea and a chat, helping with daily routines, personal care, and being a friendly face that brightens a clients morning. Youll need strong people skills, the ability to form meaningful relationships, a team-focused mindset, at least 12 months remaining on the right to work in the UK, and ideally a full UK driving license with flexibility to work alternate weekends.
