You will play a key role in establishing and developing this new service, ensuring high-quality care delivery while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and legislative.
The role of Dual Registered Manager in Agincare Children's Services offers an exciting opportunity to lead the establishment of two new children's residential homes in Redcar and Cleveland. As a manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead teams, and develop services to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and young people. Responsibilities include creating team cultures, implementing care practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, at least three years of managerial experience in children's residential care, and a deep understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations.
