In this role, you will: Carry out care assessments and regular reviews, Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients, Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision, Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas, Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld, Working days required: Monday, Thursday and Friday, Youll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
