About the Role We're looking for a Teaching and Learning Coach Level 5 to support and inspire apprentices throughout their learning journey. You'll manage a caseload of learners, delivering high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment tailored to individual needs to help apprentices develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required within their apprenticeship standard. Working closely with apprentices and employers, you'll monitor progress, deliver Functional Skills and sector-specific training, provide information, advice and guidance, and ensure learners achieve their qualifications within agreed timescales. You'll also support employer engagement, contribute to wider Learning & Development activities across Agincare, and champion safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive learning at every stage. While this role is primarily home-based, you'll enjoy travelling across our South West and Midlands services to deliver in-person training and assessments, building strong relationships with our teams.
