About the Role We're looking for a Teaching and Learning Coach Level 5 to support and inspire apprentices throughout their learning journey. You'll manage a caseload of learners, delivering high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment tailored to individual needs to help apprentices develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required within their apprenticeship standard. Working closely with apprentices and employers, you'll monitor progress, deliver Functional Skills and sector-specific training, provide information, advice and guidance, and ensure learners achieve their qualifications within agreed timescales.
The role of a Learning and Development Coach Level 5 at Agincare involves supporting apprentices in their training journey by delivering tailored teaching, coaching, and assessments. This position requires managing a caseload of learners, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to achieve their qualifications. You will work closely with both apprentices and their employers, delivering functional skills and sector-specific training, and guiding them throughout their learning process. This role is primarily home-based but involves traveling across the South West and Midlands to conduct in-person training. Agincare values safeguarding, learner well-being, and inclusive education.
