In this role, you'll lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship. You'll support residents with personal care and daily living, encourage independence and wellbeing, plan and participate in meaningful activities and outings, oversee medication administration, and maintain accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you will work closely with families and healthcare professionals, and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management. We require a minimum of two years experience in social care and previous experience in a senior or team leader role.
