As a Senior Care Assistant at Bosworth Care Home, youll be part of a close-knit, friendly team at our Weymouth location. Our team is supported by ongoing training and development opportunities, and we value compassion and reliability in our team members. Youll be part of an environment that prioritizes the comfort, safety, and dignity of residents, playing a vital role with responsibilities like personal care, care planning, medication administration, and facilitating activities for engagement and companionship. The role requires individuals to have at least a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, with previous care home experience.
