About the role
Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000/year
SIGN ON BONUS - $5,000! The sign on bonus is paid in installments at hire, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
* This applies to journeyman level technicians with 5+ years of experience. Candidates with less than 5 years of experience may qualify for a reduced bonus.

Professional Appearance Standard
Due to the customer-facing nature of this position, Air Control Home Services maintains appearance standards that prohibit visible tattoos on the face, neck, and hands, subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodations.
The Big Task
You will accurately and efficiently install top of the line heating and air equipment in our customers’ homes.
Key Sub Tasks
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
- Ability to teach an apprentice the skills required to become a Lead Installer
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Desired Skills and Experience
Five (5) years of HVAC Installation Experience
- EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
- Develop proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams.
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Strong desire to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
