Salary: £14.05 an hour

The role is crucial to enhancing our residents' experience, as mealtimes are a significant part of their day. High-quality, nutritious meals are essential, tailored to individual needs and cultural preferences. The Assistant Cook will have the autonomy to create menus and present food attractively. This role requires the ability to lead a team, ensure a personalized approach to care, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes. A City & Guilds 706 1&2 qualification, or equivalent, and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are required. Experience in a similar environment and supervisory skills are essential.
