About the role
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Northampton. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this position is offered on a full time 41.33 hour working contract paying £27,315, Monday – Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturday’s and an OTE of £30,000.

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:
- ü A full UK driving licence
- ü Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
- ü Fantastic verbal and written English skills
- ü Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
- Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
- Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
- Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
