children, young people and adults through a range of services, including Mental

This full-time, permanent role develops Children's
Wellbeing Practitioners to assess and support children and young people with
mild to moderate anxiety, depression and related mental health needs. Under
supervision, the post-holder will deliver evidence-based, low-intensity CBT
interventions and work collaboratively with children, young people, families
and professionals.
