Salary: £28392.00 to £31157.00
This is an
exciting opportunity to join Suffolks new WorkWell service, delivered in
partnership with Suffolk Mind, and make a difference by helping people overcome
health-related barriers so they can remain in, return to, or start employment.
You will build trusted relationships, understand what matters to each
participant, and coordinate practical support across health, employment, skills
and community services.
