ATS FLEET SERVICE – FLINT is growing and looking for an individual who wants to come to work each day and make a positive impact on their team and the clients they serve. We’ve built our reputation on having the fastest fleet service, the most knowledgeable staff, and first-rate customer care.
The MANAGER position requires strong leadership qualities, first-class professionalism, and hands-on technical knowledge. The Manager is accountable for overseeing people, daily workload, and overall shop workflow. This role involves developing a strong shop culture, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a service-oriented leadership style, and a proven ability to assess, set, and achieve sales and service goals for the location.
Candidates with commercial tire service experience are strongly preferred. A solid understanding of fleet maintenance operations is essential, as is the ability to work directly with customers to ensure their vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally. Excellent people skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are key to success in this role.
