Primary Responsibilities

Completing the entire Cycle of Service

for

scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals
.

Packing rental orders in advance of equipment

delivery .

Delivering rental equipment to guests’ accommodation an
d providing a highly personalized fitting experience
.

On-Mountain Support for

• guests
• requesti ng equipment changes.
• Picking Up equipment from guests’ accommodation at the end of their
• rental period. Equipment
• is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.
