Primary Responsibilities
Completing the entire Cycle of Service
for
scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals:
Packing rental orders in advance of equipment
delivery .
Delivering rental equipment to guests’ accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience
.
On-Mountain Support for
- guests
- requesti ng equipment changes.
- Picking Up equipment from guests’ accommodation at the end of their
- rental period. Equipment
- is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.
