About the role
Salary: Grade A SCP 3, £25,614 (this is the full-time salary)
The successful candidates will have:
- Literacy and Numeracy skills equivalent to Level 2 of the National Qualification & Credit Framework
- Experience of undertaking administration, preferably with knowledge of SEND administration requirements
- Experience of using computer packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, e-mails and researching information
- Experience of following instructions, procedures and policies
- Communication skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient customer service, in person and over the telephone
- Understanding why safeguarding is important when working with children and young people
