Life Enrichment Assistant
to support activities, events, and wellness programs that enhance residents' quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead to engaging resident activities and events.
- Welcome and orient new residents.
- Assist with community tours and special events.
- Provide transportation for resident outings and appointments.
- Support volunteer programs and seasonal decorations.
- Utilize technology and social media to promote resident engagement.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic technology and social media skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work on weekends and occasional evenings or special events.
