Process loan applications and transactions
Assist customers in person and over the phone
Support sales and marketing initiatives
Handle and balance cash accurately
Perform general office duties
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Qualifications
Banking, sales, consumer finance, or customer-service experience preferred
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Regular and dependable attendance
Basic math skills for handling cash and financial transactions
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, consistent with applicable law
