Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the restaurant by:
- Leading, coaching, and developing hourly team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Driving a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
- Supporting recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of new team members.
- Managing daily operations, including food quality, cleanliness, safety, and execution.
- Monitoring labor, food cost, sales, and other key performance metrics.
- Ensuring company standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.
- Motivating your team to achieve restaurant goals while creating a positive work environment.
- Delivering an outstanding guest experience and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
