Account Coordinator – Logistics & Transportation

Account Coordinator
to join our growing third-party logistics (3PL) team.
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in
freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service
. You’ll manage shipments from pickup through delivery, communicate with customers and carriers, solve transportation issues, and support our sales and operations teams.

Compensation
$50,000 annual base salary + commission
$70,000+ total annual earning potential

Your Role as an Account Coordinator
As an Account Coordinator, you will:
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics
Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
Monitor shipments to ensure
on-time pickup and delivery
Resolve freight, scheduling, and transportation issues quickly
Provide a high level of customer service and account support
Enter, update, and manage shipments within a
Transportation Management System (TMS)
Maintain accurate shipment and customer information
Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams
Help ensure a positive experience for customers and transportation partners
What You Need to Get Started
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and by email
Comfort working in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
Interest in
logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight brokerage, account management, customer service, or operations
Experience in logistics or transportation is helpful, but
not required
. Our in-house training program will teach you the skills and systems needed to succeed.
