We are seeking a passionate Home Manager for Strathview Care Home, a 25-bedded Residential & Dementia Care Home located in Cupar, Scotland, rated 9.8 on Carehome.co.uk. As Home Manager, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operations, leading the staff to deliver high-quality care. Your role will involve financial management, meeting legislative and regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with residents, relatives, and external agencies.
