We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Physical Therapist (PRN – Day Shift)
to join our Rehab Services team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain mobility, restore function, and improve overall quality of life in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Schedule
- PRN | Day Shift (Monday–Friday, hours vary)
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Travel Required: None
Supervisory Responsibilities
Some oversight of PTAs, aides, and support staff
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic interventions to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals, recovery expectations, and home exercises
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), rehab aides, and support staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure timely charge entry
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and staff education activities
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
Current CPR certification
Preferred
- Experience in pediatrics and/or neurology
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
