We have 6 locations, 9 medical oncologists, 4 gynecologic oncologists, 4 radiation oncologists, 2 urologists, 2 rheumatologists, 1 plastic surgeon, 9 APPs, an oncology pharmacist, and over 240 team members serving around 800,000 people living in 13 GA & 5 SC counties around Augusta Georgia. The demand for our services is so great in this growing and aging area that we are looking for multiple providers. compensation typically ranges from the mid-$400,000s to mid-$500,000s , depending on productivity. Structure includes a competitive base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation Upon partnership , compensation increases meaningfully through regular profit-sharing distributions in addition to clinical compensation Partner

substantially exceeds pre-partnership earnings
