We are recruiting for 2 Data Interrogation Team Members on a

permanent

basis and also a temporary basis. Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for

the

day to day

investigation of account
s within our void and debt recovery processes
, ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid the

process of collecting revenue from the correct people . You’ll remain compliant

with company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements.

This role will require investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect these changes.

, whilst using Lean approaches to continually improve and s
treamline working methods. You’ll complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on

accounts

based on evidence found.

Data Interrogation Team Member?

Ability to be flexible and adapt to/work effectively in a variety of situations, individuals, and be open to change

Able to work with and support others within own team, as well as other teams and departments

Adopt a ‘can-do’ attitude

• Ability to plan and manage own time effectively
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally, with a good telephone manner
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy
• Good IT skills, particularly excel, with knowledge of SAP and Tallyman preferable
