Aylesford
Medical Centre is an established and friendly practice located within the Royal
British Legion Village in Aylesford. We
are looking to recruit a part time motivated and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse
Practitioner to join our growing and friendly team.
We
operate with a mixture of clinics including pre-bookable and on the day
appointments. You should be able to see
all patients including children, adults and patients with mental health
challenges. A special interest in womens health would be beneficial.
The
post holder will provide clinical care within a team consisting of General
Practitioners, Advanced Health Professionals and Practice Nurses. Patient contact will be via both telephone
and face to face appointments with the addition of on-call duties and home
visits on occasion.
