We are
looking to appoint a part time, caring and committed, highly motivated, experienced Chronic Disease Nurse to
join our established team of 2 treatment room nurses, 1 chronic disease nurse and Nurse Associate.
The
candidate must be experienced with Diabetes management including initiation of GLP1 and Insulin.
