and experienced Senior Practice Operations Manager. The role is responsible for developing strategy and operational
plans for Banbury Cross Health Centre, ensuring delivery of safe, effective and
sustainable patient care and outcomes aligned to organisational objectives.

Responsible for developing strategy and operational
plans for a defined area, ensuring delivery of safe, effective and sustainable
outcomes aligned to organisational objectives. Leads complex services or
integrates multiple disciplines, with accountability for performance, resource
management and, where applicable, profit and loss. Works with a high degree of
autonomy, applying strategic insight and judgement to coordinate activity
across functions, set performance standards and create clear alignment to strategic
goals, while influencing stakeholders and contributing to wider organisational
decisionmaking.
