Barnstaple Alliance Primary Care Network (PCN), on behalf of One Northern Devon, is recruiting a Health Inequalities Project Lead to support the delivery of projects aimed at reducing health inequalities and bringing about positive change across North Devon.
The Health Inequalities Project Lead will lead and contribute to the effective delivery of health inequalities projects across North Devon, acting as an enabler and champion of change.
The Health Inequalities Project Lead will work on behalf of One Northern Devon as part of the wider Partnerships team, supporting the delivery of the One Northern Devon reducing health inequalities strategy.
