You will have responsibility for managing your own caseload of children and their carers participating in clinical research studies. This will include assessing and managing care pathways, recruiting and educating participants, monitoring children throughout their study participation, and ensuring accurate and timely collection and documentation of research data.
We are looking for a registered nurse who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised and committed to delivering high-quality clinical care and research.You will need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time-management skills Effective team-working and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and use initiative Good computer and data-management skills A flexible approach to working across different clinical and research environments A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, safety and research practicePrevious clinical research experience is essential, and this role provides an excellent opportunity for a nurse wishing to further develop their knowledge and skills within childrens clinical research.
