remote Diabetes Educator / Registered Dietitian
with experience managing diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and liver steatosis through lifestyle-based care.
You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality education that supports long-term patient outcomes. Physician consultation is available for any questions beyond your scope or training.
Position Overview
We are seeking a
highly reliable Diabetes Educator / Registered Dietitian
to provide
remote patient education and lifestyle counseling
in a modern, team-based clinical setting. You will play a key role in improving metabolic health, supporting early disease detection, and reinforcing physician-led treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
Provide remote diabetes and lifestyle education visits
Counsel patients on nutrition, weight management, and metabolic health
Support patients with liver steatosis and fibrosis using evidence-based lifestyle strategies
Reinforce physician-directed care plans
Document patient interactions clearly and efficiently
Coordinate with the physician for questions or escalation of care
Requirements
Requirements / Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) and/or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
Experience treating patients with diabetes and metabolic disease
Experience or strong interest in liver steatosis and fibrosis management preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a clinical team
Strong organizational and documentation skills

Pay Scale/Ranges: $30.00-$70.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
