💥 WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHERE YOUR SKILL MATTERS)
Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with Ford factory standards
Accurately document all work performed on repair orders
Diagnose complex vehicle concerns and complete authorized repairs efficiently
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Parts to keep workflow moving
Complete multi-point inspections and provide professional recommendations
Stay current with Ford technical bulletins and participate in paid factory training
Maintain your personal tool inventory
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term loyalty

✅ REQUIREMENTS
18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Own basic professional tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
- Ford certifications and dealership experience strongly preferred.
