About the role
Salary: Between £32,578 - £35,570 (actual salary £28,109 - £31,385)
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working with children, young people and families.
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Can confidently manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Has experience of supporting vulnerable children and families.
- Understands the importance of regular attendance and effective early intervention.
- Can build positive relationships with families, including where engagement may initially be challenging.
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Can work effectively with school staff and external professionals.
- Is calm, approachable, resilient and solution-focused.
- Is committed to ensuring that every child is safe, supported and able to succeed.
