Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our night-shift team.
Your Schedule
Full-Time | 3 shifts per week
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do
As an RN at Bend Transitional Care, you’ll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents. You will:
Provide high-quality nursing care and demonstrate sound clinical judgment
Supervise and support nursing staff
Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Safely administer and manage medications and treatments
Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians, families, and members of the care team
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation, assessments, orders, progress notes, and flowsheets
Monitor resident responses to medications and treatments and report adverse reactions
Maintain accurate narcotic records and ensure medication orders are followed
Respond to emergencies, initiate appropriate interventions, and perform CPR when needed
Protect resident rights and maintain confidentiality
Follow federal and state regulations, the Nurse Practice Act, and company policies and procedures
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Requirements
Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Licensure & Certifications Current Oregon RN license Current CPR certification Experience Six months of long-term care experience preferred
