- Greeting Guest when they arrive to the Reception area
- Vehicle check in at drop off
- Advise Estimator vehicle has arrived
- Works with Estimator in contacting Insurance Companies and keeping Customer's updated on Repair Process
- Cashing out Customers upon vehicle pick up
- Follow up phone calls for Customer Satisfaction
