Position Overview
Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Assistant Install Foreman to support the Install Foreman in leading installation crews and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ quality standards. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, assisting with jobsite execution, crew direction, and daily production while developing the skills needed to grow into a full Foreman role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Install Foreman in leading and managing landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Execute landscape installations including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scope
- Review project plans, specifications, and daily work

- Help ensure jobs are completed on time, within budgeted hours, and to quality standards
- Track labor hours and materials usage and report daily production to the Install Foreman
- Communicate job progress,

Assist

Qualifications
- 2 or more years of landscape installation experience
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation processes and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and details
- Proven ability to work with and lead a crew
Strong communication

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to
lift up
to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
