What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements
Complete timely, accurate documentation that supports quality patient care and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Iowa
