to join our rehabilitation teams in the
Minneapolis metro area

We currently have two full-time opportunities—one based at
Ebenezer Ridges in Burnsville
and one
Float PTA position supporting multiple locations throughout the Minneapolis metro area

Current Opportunities
Ebenezer Ridges – Burnsville, MN
Full-time PTA position providing hands-on rehabilitation services as part of the therapy team at Ebenezer Ridges.
Minneapolis Metro Float PTA
Full-time float position supporting Blue Stone Therapy teams and patients at locations throughout the Minneapolis metro area.

What You’ll Do
As a PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized treatment that helps patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, safety, and functional independence.
Responsibilities include:
Providing skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of care
Implementing individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomes
Helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, pain management, and independence
Monitoring patient response to treatment and communicating progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
Collaborating with facility staff and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation to support quality patient care and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
