This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a PTA who wants to continue providing patient care while taking the next step in their career. You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, support and mentor the therapy team, and build strong relationships with facility leadership - all while remaining actively involved in patient care.

What You’ll Do
As Rehab Director, you'll combine direct patient care with day-to-day leadership of the rehabilitation department. You'll help keep the team organized, supported, and focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Leading daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Coordinating staffing, scheduling, caseloads, and department workflow
Providing direct patient care as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Coaching, mentoring, and supporting therapy team members
Collaborating with facility leadership and interdisciplinary team members
Supporting quality patient outcomes and a positive patient experience
Monitoring documentation, regulatory, and company requirements
Helping identify opportunities to strengthen therapy services and department performance
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
