Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at
Peaceful Pines of Mitchell
in Mitchell, SD, and we're building our therapy team from the ground up. This position will start PRN with the potential to grow into Part-time or Full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing outpatient program while delivering individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment

What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and home exercises
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
Maintain timely, accurate documentation
Support the growth of a new outpatient therapy program
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
Current Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
