Salary: £58,519 a year
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ACP to join our
Home Visiting Team, working in and around Boston. You will be an enthusiastic
and motivated ACP who wishes to influence patient care in this bespoke area of
primary care.
Your main duties will be to carry our urgent on the day home visits, including visit
triage, seeing on the day patients for acute and minor illness, for housebound patients and care home residents, working on
behalf of Boston Primary Care Network (PCN) practices.
