About the role
Overview
A couple moving into a new home in Palos Verdes Estates are seeking a full-time PA/HM. They just purchased the home, and the move will happen gradually, so this role will hit the ground running! In addition to the couple, their 92-year-old mom also lives with them, along with two cats and a dog. The position is Monday through Friday, with flexibility. Success in this role requires a “no task too big or too small” mentality. The couple is ready to hire immediately once they find the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day tasks with the home and personal lives
- Dealing with everyday vendors and ongoing management of the new home
Dealing with contractors
Overseeing remodel projects
Creating house manuals
Logistics of the move
Managing domestic staff, housekeepers, and gardeners
Knowledge of tech and smart home systems such as Crestron, Lutron, and Apple Home
Running errands
Walking the dog or taking her to doggie daycare
Family has 2 cats and a dog, so must not be allergic and be pet-friendly
Sportfishing boat
Requirements
Legal to work in the US
Prior house management experience
Must be tech-savvy
Clean and valid driver’s license
Fluent in Spanish is a huge plus
