Practice Nurse with Special Interest in Diabetes required - part time. Minimum 2 years post registration experience required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our practice nursing team. You will be responsible for the routine, evidence based care of patients with Diabetes, including annual reviews incorporating local prescribing guidelines as well as following up patients with more complex diabetic needs including insulin transfers.
