- Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists.
- Take and process orders at the cash register.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house area
Requirements
- Qualifications: Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must meet work authorization requirements to work in the United States.
- Age 16 or older.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Repetitive movement in handling cash and POS transactions.
