Compensation: $18.00-$20.00
Building Blocks Learning Center we are seeking a Support Staff to work within our growing community of educators. As a Support Staff within our organization you are responsible for the safety, education, well being, supervision and comfort of each and every student in your care. - Provide a safe and structured environment that stimulates and nurtures a young student's mind
- Implement daily schedule and lesson plans developed around our innovative curriculum
- Build positive relationships through communication with employees, students, parents and community
REQUIREMENTS
CDA/Associates Degree (Preferred)
- Two years of related experience in childcare
- Flexible with scheduling Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Strong classroom management skills
Positive attitude
Ability to obtain State Police, FBI and Child Abuse clearances
Ability to obtain a Health Assessment with TB
