We are looking for an Assistant Practice Manager who
will work alongside the current Practice Manager and the Lead GP to provide
leadership in delivering safe and effective patient care. They will share
responsibility for the day-to-day running of the practice, which will include Clinical Governance, HR and Business Administration as well as ensuring
good communication between all members of the team. We are in search of a candidate
with good leadership skills and a positive, can-do, hands-on attitude.
The role would suit someone who ideally has experience within a GP Practice and is looking to progress to the next stage of their professional career, or an experienced manager who feels they have the skills to transfer into the NHS.
