About the role
Description
- Conduct Daily " Work Huddles" each morning with Superintendent and Excavation Laborers and Subcontractors personnel to coordinate and communicate work expectation for the day.
- Lay out footing off scheduled stake out.
- Excavate form and pour building footings on single family detached, single family attached and multifamily apartments.
- Install footer drain tile and stone along foundation to manufactures specifications, foundation back fill and installation of footer drains.
- Back fill foundations and tamp accordingly.
- Install and prep stone beneath slab to grade to allow for concrete.
- Excavate all trenches for utilities exterior and interior installed by but not limited to subcontractors in a safe and osha approved manor. This will include water, sewer, electric and gas etc.
- Excavate and install the roof drain/downspout piping.
- Construct and install septic systems.
- Construct and install drywell, rain gardens and any subterranean water storage systems.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- CDL license preferred.
- Must be an insured motorist.
- Must possess ASI-56 Certification.
- Must be able to travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned
