Our Ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status
Proven record as a teacher whose pupils reach high standards of learning and achievement
Understanding of the social, emotional, and intellectual development of teenagers
Ability to lead a team, effectively communicating a vision, in order to get the best out of staff and pupils
Effective behaviour management strategies
